CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - UK 
Orders received up until 22nd December (midnight) will be dispatched on the 23rd December for delivery on Christmas Eve via the ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICE.


OUR DELIVERY TERMS AND COSTS

UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery on all orders will cost £5.60 regardless of the number of items.  We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which can be tracked on-line and which we have found to be a very reliable service.

All deliveries to UK addresses will be sent within 48 hours via Royal Mail Special Delivery, next day service. This guarantees delivery before 1.00 p.m. and also insures the item for loss. All UK deliveries will require a signature on receipt.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES.

OVERSEAS

All deliveries overseas will be sent via Royal Mail Airsure. Please note that these may be subject to additional custom security checks.

Minimum delivery charge for overseas will be £10.00

Airsure can be used for Europe and Worldwide.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Items ordered before 2.00 p.m. on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 48 hours (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30 p.m. (assuming that the item is in stock).

Orders taken on Friday (after 2.00 p.m.), Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 2.00 p.m. will normally be despatched on Friday or Saturday for delivery on Monday.

However, Jewels and Gemstones relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to 'keep our word' there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Jewels and Gemstones will not refund the delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated date.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

This is hard to determine but we use Airsure which will be fastracked out of the UK on the first available flight.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation with a 3 digit order ID that the order is being processed. By using the order status link on our site you can track the progress of your order. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail us at sales@jewelsandgemstones.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
