Baptizer of Christ, remember us, so that we may be saved from our sins. For to you has been given grace to intercede for us. Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Intercede for us, holy Apostles, and all you saints, so that we may be saved from danger and sorrow. We have received you as fervent defenders before the Savior. Now and forever and to the ages of ages. Amen. Let us bless the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, the Lord; now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen. Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us. Thrice, each with the sign of the cross and a bow. At all times and in every hour, you are worshiped and glorified in heaven and on earth, Christ our God. Long in patience, great in mercy and compassion, you love the righteous and show mercy to sinners. You call all to salvation through the promise of good things to come. Lord, receive our prayers at the present time. Direct our lives according to your commandments. Sanctify our souls. Purify our bodies. Set our minds aright. Cleanse our thoughts and deliver us from all sorrow, evil, and distress. Surround us with your holy angels that, guarded and guided by their host, we may arrive at the unity of the faith and the understanding of your ineffable glory. For you are blessed to the ages of ages. Amen. Virgin Theotokos

It fills our soul, and the world around us with peace and serenity. I would note that while the psalm texts are nice, they reflect a forthcoming new edition. Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, now and ever unto ages of ages. Amen. Kontakion, Tone 6

For a modern English equivalent to the Jordanville Prayer Book, one can use the recently-published Publicans Prayer Book from Sophia Press. Indeed, the Publicans Prayer Book is, to some extent, a Melkite version of the Jordanville Prayer Book. The complete morning and bed-time prayers seem to be modern English updates of the Jordanville originals. However, there are significant and welcomed differences.
