The Clever Dripper is the easiest way to up your coffee game, a mix between a French press and a v60 giving vivid and enjoyable flavours. The steep-and-release mechanism means that you can accurately control the brewing, and extract the coffee directly into your mug with no mess. All of our products are carefully curated and we don't sell anything we wouldn't happily use ourselves. The stop-tap feature at the bottom of the cone means you needn’t worry about controlling the flow of water when brewing. The Clever Coffee Dripper takes the best parts from the immersion brewing of a cafetière and the filter of a pour over, creating something totally innovative.

Give it a stir once all the water is added to break up any clumps, then place the lid on the brewer. Flexible brewing method and you can brew using different timings and grind settings to get the best from the coffee. This includes scales, a decanter, freshly boiled water (I use the Barista Hustle recipe that you can find here), a stirrer, a grinder and 22g of your favourite coffee of the moment.
