I've started balding, so I've also started mitigating it with minoxidil (rogaine generic) and microneedling.The only negative feedback would be that the needle depth dial numbers are very difficult to see , even with glasses .

I've only had this pen 2 months and have used it twice for microneedling, plus weekly with the nano pins. If you want better results use retinol (vitamin A), vitamin C, acid hyaluronic, or other substances that can be harmful to your body (I recommend use together). I feel it is alot more effective that my roller (as my face is alot more red after use, next morning all gone , tiny pinkish glow) Really love it , i just hope it will last a long time , i use the 16 needles (as I was already used to derma roller) Sunday nights will be my Dr Pen night !
