We are not designed to eat animals or animal products ( *I need to add that there is no medical evidence for this presented in the book!I don’t feel like that’s sustainable at all, and yes I do get pleasure from, for example, having birthday cake for DC birthdays, or having an ice cream on the beach, or a pudding after a special dinner out - and not doing the ‘junk’ food bit of those activities would make it less enjoyable yes! I stopped smoking with his method and you can definitely use the same thinking for other addictions. I am so happy and thankful to be at my ideal weight, thin, comfortable in my own skin, in perfect health, and free from any and all emotional eating! I never felt attacked or talked down to, which allowed me to challenge and change my thinking, instead of looking for defensive counter-arguments.
