No unfortunately the dress is not removeable as there is a wire that is attached from the doll to her dress that makes the skirt of her dress light up.

I also think her hair isn’t the best quality I have seen on a doll and does tend to fall out quite easily – she is not going to go bald but this isn’t a doll to be doing a lot of makeovers on.One being that the doll only fully works when in the "on" position which means the music continuously plays when the doll is in use. She’s a slightly larger doll than the average toddler sized doll, which means she’s a great size for children to enjoy playing with, and she’s made fairly sturdily also, sturdy enough that she’s been knocked about a little bit and is just as great as when she was initially removed from the packaging. The stuffed animal could preferably have been double bagged inside the packaging though, since the package had a small rip and thus the toy was in risk of damage.
