Il rapporto tra i fratelli Toretto viene soprattutto scandagliato a partire da un terribile evento che li ha purtroppo visti attoniti spettatori, impotenti, ammutoliti dal dolore, e da lì procede per costruire e de-costruire le dinamiche di una fratellanza finora rimasta nascosta ma che, una volta introdotta, necessita ora di una giustificazione per esistere.L’incarnato dei volti è naturale e l’atmosfera che si respira è sempre pertinente all’azione in corso. The atmos soundtrack sounds great on the home theatre system with cars rushing past and vehicles being launched into the air giving it a real immersive feel. Il nono capitolo vive invece la sua intera durata un quarto di stucchevole alla volta, provando a recuperare il tempo perso in chiacchiere prolisse che appesantiscono il ritmo del film con tre o quattro scene d'azione lunghe che non hanno però la stessa verve creativa o impattante di quelle del passato, anche questo segno di stanchezza.
