The name Four Pillars was chosen as a reflection of the four pillars of the gin; the still, the water, the botanicals and their passion for craft. A distinctly modern Australian Gin, Olive Leaf Gin is a savoury gin, perfect for a Martini or Gin and Tonic. Olive Leaf Gin is made with a big base of juniper, overlaid with coriander seed, rosemary and bay leaf.
