About this deal

I understand that this should be expected on account of it being so cheap, but it feels pretty bad and ruins the otherwise beautiful bottle. Those qualities save it from being strictly for younger women and teenagers - it’s sophisticated, clean, warm, interesting, and when applied generously, it’s pretty sexy. Fantasy, much more sweet and fruity and girlish, probably would have been a more suitable scent for little me. They are both pretty, delicate, aquatic florals that make you feel so feminine and beautiful and give off woman in a long flowy sundress vibes. I’d been wanting to try Curious ever since I read Neil Chapman’s book and realised this is probably the only celebrity scent he mentions in his entire book. While we have taken care in preparing this summary and believe it to be accurate, it is not a substitute for reading the product packaging and label prior to use. This exhilarating white floral fragrance celebrates Britney's birthplace with Louisiana magnolia, and is wrapped in the sensuality of vanilla-infused musk. Then, all at once, a rather familiar musky floral appears - one I could have sworn was violet (the overall scent is very reminiscent of Dawn by Sarah Jessica Parker, which is carried by its violet notes) but is instead a combination of jasmine and magnolia. Much of my earliest memories involve Britney Spears, from dancing to 'Baby One More Time' in front of our clunky old television to staring longingly up at the Britney-marketed hair and skincare products at the local drug mart. After spraying a lot, which this can handle, the dry down is a very pretty and refreshing floral that lasts.

I remember the pear, jasmine, lotus and magnolia blending beautifully and the dry down held those notes with a little added musk. It reminds me a bit of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movie somehow--like Lena on her summer vacation in Greece flirting with the cute local boy.One smell and I’m taken back to 2004/5 when it was first released, with the little pink heart gems, the blue shimmer stick it came with and gorgeous pink and blue velvet box it was packaged in (I miss the attention that used to go into her fragrances).

There's no beating this, it's like smelling a soft cotton pillow of flowery jasmine flowers to me, with a sweet and warm feeling. It was a mischevious little pleasure, a snippet of the future I envisioned for myself as a grown woman. Not a watery perfume, but one that definitely brings colorful mermaids with long hair, swimming in crystal-blue waters to mind when I smell it. I was obsessed with this in my early teens, and remembered it fondly from its release in 04 (When i was only 4 lol).I find myself diving deeper into the world of niche perfumes because there just aren’t many beautiful unique long lasting perfumes being created in the main stream anymore and I hate wasting money like anyone else.
