It was time to say bye-bye to the E Class Benz and downsize to something more economical…my new 3-series BMW! Whole Grain Wheat, Sugar, Rice Flour, Canola and/or Sunflower Oil, Fructose, Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Salt, Cinnamon, Trisodium Phosphate, Soy Lecithin, Caramel Color. Feel free to use whatever dates are the most accessible to you 😃 We prefer Medjool dates as they're generally a bit bigger and chewier than the more firm and smaller dates available to us, but either of the options you mentioned are fine.
