About this deal

Its a little underwhelming in terms of taste and best used as a base with plenty of fruit on top to add flavour. WHEAT Bran (52%), Wholegrain WHEAT (30%), OAT Bran (12%), Sugar, Malted WHEAT Flour, Salt, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B6, Thiamin (B1), Folic Acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12.

This is because it is not fortified with vitamins, something that could have made it a healthier choice for any age.Ingredients: INGREDIENTS: Wheat bran (28%), sugar, rice flour, wheat flour, sunflower oil, maize flour, salt, barley malt extract, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), natural flavouring, emulsifier ( soy lecithin), skimmed milk powder.

This has become my favourite breakfast "staple" over the last few years and I get through a packet or two every week - so you can be sure that for me, it's certainly a top recommendation.
