About this deal

It is no longer necessary to be scared of dogs: the Dazer helps to maintain a safe zone around the user and the Dazer stops scary dogs from chasing people. Only seems to work at less than 2 metres distance, and then only partially deters a dog, doubt if it would deter all dogs. The Heinz57 that ran out and tripped me over during a race, giving me a groin strain: again, a race - I wouldn't have been carrying a dazer, and it happened too quickly anyway.

Keep in mind that anyone can view public collections - they may also appear in recommendations and other places. Knocked on the door of the house and surprise, surprise, no answer, tried on several occasions after to catch the owner, to no avail. There's a few loose dogs and we needed a deterrent, we checked into pepper spray and airsoft pistols. I have the dazer ready so that I can give the command "Quietly" as soon as she set off for the door and I tap the button only if she begins to bark. This was very exciting and relieving for me - the first time it happened, and every single time it's happened since! The only time it didn't work was when the dog got really close to me and was going towards our little dog with hackles up and teeth bared!

I wasnt a copper so no real defensive weapons so I bought a Dazer, which fired out a real high pitched sound that humans didnt hear but put the dog in extreme pain. After telling this person my thoughts on him allowing his pitt bull of the leash, i also asked if the dog was hard of hearing which his reply was no.This device can be used for most aggressive dogs that may be on the attack and if used properly can stop the dog by a high frequency signal.

Based on what I have seen I don't think I would trust the Dazer as an infallible deterrent to an attacking dog - unless it is feral and not used to people. Last night company spokesman Richard Wylie said: "They can be carried in a pocket, or stowed in a pram, and utilised in an emergency. I have found the best way is to put a feeder away from the other birds feeding stations and then I cook some pasta and put this out for them, They take most of it back to their nest and I think by doing this they fill their bellies and don't feel the need to attack the smaller birds and their young in the nests. One decoy idea is to utilise your old CDs by hanging them around areas you want to keep magpie-free.
