Featuring easy to read LED status indicators, the FireAngel FA3820 carbon monoxide alarm is powered by a 10 year sealed lithium battery and is certified for use in your home or whilst travelling.If you are wall mounting, you will need to purchase suitable rawl plugs and screws for your walls as these are not supplied. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. The FA3820X4 alarm cannot be interlinked to other alarms in your home, but still offers the highest protection. And remember to get things like boilers and flues checked regularly with an annual gas safety check. Do not install CO alarms within 3 metres of doors or windows, above radiators, or immediately close to anything that gives off steam or fumes like a cooker or shower room.It can also travel through walls from adjoining properties, so as well as having an alarm next to appliances in your property we would also advise you have one in living spaces and bedrooms.

If your property has an attached garage with a connecting door through to the house, it is recommended to fit a CO alarm inside the house leading from that doorway.Whilst it does what other CO alarms do and detects dangerous levels of carbon monoxide within the home and sounds an alarm, it also has another excellent feature that most other alarms don’t have – using the latest sensor technology it features an early warning indictor, a pre-alarm warning which encourages ventilation of your property when low levels of carbon monoxide are detected.
