We were thrilled to be invited to create a special edition craft gin exclusively for Craft Gin Club members. Delicate botanicals such as lavender and blackcurrant leaf are infused into a botanical “tea” which is then strained into our still prior to distillation. Blackberries or ‘Brymbyl’ in old English were abundant, growing wild, with brambles often used as a form of defence against invaders. Best served in “copa” glass, filled to the brim with ice, mixed with Fevertree Mediterranean Tonic and garnished with fresh rosemary and a slice of juicy lime.

Using our delicious London Dry recipe as a base, we have added wild strawberries to create a sweet and aromatic blush pink beauty.We created a bespoke and beautiful gin – Ravenglass Limited Edition, which has been so well received and has helped raise vital funds for the organisation too.
