I am still having to throw away the bread I have made with this disastrous new form of Dove's flour.

My bread recipes don’t need the “extra support” to rise that some gf bread recipes seem to (or at least that used to be conventional wisdom). To create a brown loaf without gluten I had to rethink many of the usual bread making rules so I started by blending naturally gluten free flours. Angelique is extremely professional and knowledgeable in her field, and I instantly wanted to know more so booked a 1:1 session (which was also excellent! Having tested the recipe with the Doves Flour, I am fairly sure it will work with other commercial bread flour blends too… If anyone gives it a go, let me know how you got on.Tom's Bread is a batter-style bread that I believe Tom himself maintains was the product of divine intervention. Instead of a knead-able dough you'll end up with a thick, sticky batter which you pour into your bread tin. If you can’t eat eggs, I have seen similar recipes which use aquafaba (the water from a tin of chickpeas). average baker I would say and have always baked my own bread coming from a family of bakers by trade I bought this flour and thought sounds nice and so miss baking my own bread.

I have tried it in many iterations and do not care for the taste at all and don’t plan to use it in my recipes. Because even using a commercial blend, bread happiness HAS to be achievable before it gets shared from my kitchen.
