Legend has it that the bark of the fever tree was first used by the Spanish in the early 1630s where the healing properties of the tree were discovered. Martin Miller's gin is distilled in copper pot stills before being shipped to Iceland where it is mixed with crystal clear Icelandic spring water. The gin is distilled at Langley's distillery in the west midlands using traditional methods, with the help of the beloved copper pot still named "Angela".
