I think it’s a lovely fragrance and although it’s not groundbreaking, it smells different in the see of One Million et similia that I find a lot of men wearing nowadays. the longevity comes moderate with close to the skin sillage, much like your intimate nights with her. However this scent has become rather generic nowadays with a raft of dupes and orientals that is flooding the market.

Lastly, it is advertised everywhere as a “date” fragrance and while I could agree I’d say it’s definitely NOT a first date fragrance, odds are that on a first date you’re not going to be that close to each other, and since you’ll be spending a lot of time knowing each other, by the time you finally get close this smell is far gone. The only thing I will say is I recommend the EDP to those who have not tried it being that it smells almost identical but performs better where some fragrances are a flanker to the original as a EDP and smell way different!Scent - 10/10 (if you're partial towards cold weather fragrances, or live in a generally cold climate.

I'll add that, out of those two, the EDP is less formal leaning to me, which isn't necessarily what you'd expect. So, I like this and it smells on me exactly the way it is supposed to, but when I walked into my girlfriend's place wearing it, she hated it vehemently and when I asked her to give it a few minutes and smell my wrist, she held her nose and ran away in the bathroom. People have mentioned problems with projection and longevity, I can see this after wearing it I had to overspray it so it last longer and projects but that doesn't mean the scent itself is weak. This stuff is beautiful, warm, rich, addictive, smooth, everything you can name in a solid fragrance. No kidding I can still smell this on my skin sometimes 15 hours later and for about 3 days on clothes.Performance is average, you really need to use at least 5 sprays to get any projection, and for that reason it works well as a date-night fragrance when you're up close. The elegant top notes of coriander, basil and grapefruit are leading to the heart where there is a warm blend of ginger, orange blossom and cardamom. It’s not super strong so it’s great for intimate occasions and lasts long enough to get you through the evening but don’t expect it to go all day and reach far.
