It is so easy to bring with you for work, travel, whatever, I only bought a second for work so I wouldnt forget it at home in the morning. The exposure ideally should be up to 2 hours and if it is built in daily activities rather than separate time is dedicated to the exposure, it is more likely that one spends the recommended amount of time with the lamp.
