Voiced by John Goodman, Sulley is one of the main characters in Monster, Inc and its prequel, Monsters University. Sulley, also known as James P. Sullivan and Jimmy, is a huge monster with aqua fur with purple blotches, two small horns on his head and a long tail. Sulley is initially scared of humans, due to the rumours that their deadly touch can kill even the biggest of monsters. His attitude towards humans slowly changes when he meets Boo, a human girl that accidentally finds her way into the monster world. Sulley gradually becomes protective around Boo, constantly worrying about her and protecting her from harm, as a father would do.
