To make the filling, place the soft cheese, icing sugar and Espresso Vodka in a bowl, then beat with an electric mixer until smooth. I tasted two of their flavoured vodkas of Espresso and Cloudberry with each being equally as delicious. The concentration column also filters out the wheat’s gluten, allowing their vodkas to be certified gluten-free. The exceptionally soft artesian water together with the high grade wheat spirit alone are enough to create an extraordinary finish, but adding a tiny drop of natural honey produces a result as smooth as velvet sheets.
