There are some nice little realistic details, like the description of the difference between a juvenile and an adult hedgehog, and how noisy young hedgehogs are (it really is true). Onto the book: I loved this book, quite a cute plot: a hedgehog wants to resolve the issue of hedgehogs getting hit while crossing the street. He wrote around 130 children's books, which have been translated into many languages, won many awards and sold over 15 million copies worldwide.
