I suffer with plantar fasciitis and these insoles help me get through the day. Cut to size and nice arch support, I've now bought 5 to have in my work shoes and trainers. I have flat feet and these insoles enable me to wear different shoes while keeping my body in alignment and relieving pain. I bought it as I thought it would be better. I shan’t buy it again. Not for that price and finish. Nothing special about these. They will keep feet warm as they seem to insulate well. So in winter hood but summer you will get hot feet in boots I've had my inserts for just over 30 days. In that time, I've been 30 days pain free, I'm no longer wearing my plantar fasciitis boot at night, and I'm getting out bed without pain every morning. I do not regret buying these and will be purchasing more.

xstance insoles are the best!I have Achilles tendonitis in both ankles and heel spurs along with that. I have bought about 5 or so pairs already and they always help to relieve if not kill the pain. Your quality control of the product is poor. The finish ie cut and pea sized bubbles within the foam are of poor standard. Price of the product is questionable. I have bought similar for 2/3 of the price and better finish.
