i don't get too much of the buttery caramel corn notes that people get, it's just pure warm delicious cozy vanilla on me. The 71 reminds me of the BBW Snicker doodle body mist line, which is nice and cheaper but kind of boring after a while. i think this has changed :-( it used to be more buttery creamy caramel and sugary, but with my new bottle i get quite a lot of coconut as well?

It definetly smells like warm vanilla with some caramel added but it also smells like buttered popcorn. But for me, personally, this embodies a cozy, fall evening at home with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.

Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa '71 is similar to that release but more, a LOT more, CARAMEL - and I mean really good caramel too! choose a day that is cold and dry, and it's a gourmand, comforting, sweet bomb of macadamia butter cookie. This one doesn't have that sharp, off putting note that LTGTR has, it's more bearable and smells more like cookies with a hint of coconut.

I love that this perfume seems to consistantly evoke such nostalgic/specific food memories for people! It's one of those scents that makes me really happy when I catch whiffs of it during the day, like every now and then I'll just think ''mm that smells delicious! finally as it sits for over an hour on my skin, it really smells like a vanilla marshmallow in the best way possible. Strong and delicious caramel notes (without the overwhelming clove) that I can actually distinguish, decadent coconut, smooth and creamy vanilla with a hint of nuts. It’s more on the warm side which I think is good for summer and would work well as a bedtime body spray. There’s definitely still a buttery scent that I think is supposed to be the caramel, but it just reads as butter to me.

based off of notes i thought i’d like it because i do enjoy some yummy gourmands however this smells exactly like roasted nuts and that’s pretty much it (maybe some sort of cake-y vibe in there). It smells like when I want to gag at the smell of my house after my kids make popcorn in the microwave with a bunch of sweetness on top. This is my sweet escape with notes of caramelised vanilla, sea salt, and a touch of toasted macadamia nut. On myself, it reminds me of coconut biscuits, but other people always resemble it to chimney cakes, a traditional dessert where I live.
