She was undeniably selfish and she just didn't know how to react in situations. I mean come on, you spent the last two books ignoring your gut instinct and ALWAYS something bad happens. And here, when she has ANOTHER BAD FEELING, she ignores it once again. This time the story is definitely more focused on the relationship side of things and where as the first two books I would class as mysteries with the romance on the side this is pretty much the reverse.

Where book 1 in The Harbour Falls series was more of a guessing game of Who Done It? Book 2, Willow Point, was more so on the level of Clue? Clues that lead Maddy straight to a secret from Adam’s past. Of course our always curious Maddy prefers to be on a must know basis. But didn’t anyone ever tell her that curiosity killed the cat. As the clues lead her to uncover a lie she soon realizes she may lose Adam after all.I can recommend this series to anyone who enjoys a good mystery, a strong female lead character and a very swoon-worthy romance.
