About this deal

He cooked breakfast for her, massaged her for hours, learned how to make a braid because she doesn't know how to, started drinking vodka instead of his favorite whiskey because she doesn't like the taste of whiskey, randomly called her cutie, adorable, and lastly, whenever she asked him the reason for doing all of this, he simply told her, "BECAUSE I LOVE YOU!" 😭💕

They can't help but clash and boy is Penny slowly bringing Rafe to his knees before her. Soon she'll have him wrapped around her tiny finger and he would not have it any other way. He’s so childish. So juvenile. Soooo boring. All he’s got going for him, is his money. I can see why the heroine has to be 21. Sinners Consumed is part two of a duet. Rafe & Penny’s story starts in Sinners Condemned, which will be out September 7. The sexual tension between them is out of this world—sparks flew and they were both engulfed by the flames of their attraction from the moment they met. It’s an interesting and entertaining duo who have some of the best chemistry that I’ve had the pleasure of reading about. The banter is off the charts considering Penny and Rafe didn’t necessarily like each other at first. And there is so much tension between them. But somehow, that despite their distain they couldn’t not bother each other. Both of them enjoyed rallying each other up, and creating these wagers against each other. And no matter how many times, I read their relationship developing, I always have a good time, and spend most of the book with a smile on my face. I don’t mind that this book might be considered slow burn and that they don’t officially get together or even kiss in this book. None of that matters to me. Rafe and Penny are just that good, and have created this long lasting hold on me. It was also such a huge improvement from book 1! While I did love book 1, book 2 was just so much more better for some reason to and it had everything book 1 somehow missed out on. I don’t think it needed to be a duet. This book was really just a continuation of the last book. No different stakes or plot, nothing shifted in the story, it just carried on exactly where it left off. I think it may be why I feel like it’s missing something to me. I thought there might have been a bigger plot outside the couple that they would have to deal with or something to make it need a duet but there wasn’t anything really. And lets just say. All the teasing in the first part of their journey finally got to an end. Prepare for some really hot scenes that will demand a bath in holy water afterwards. The Devil’s Deal is the second novel in East Coast Devils series by Somme Sketcher. Lottie, better known as Dahlia in the story, resolved to live in the now and never worry about the future after the passing of her parents. Dahlia thus found herself in several situations where she was in grave peril and was saved by contract assassin Cillian, who also found the love of his life. They had many obstacles in their relationship, but they overcame them and succeeded.

And maybe she will if I just told her the truth: I own the Sinners Anonymous Hotline. And I’ve listened to every call she’s ever made. This book was full of things that were not in the first book! – Cute moments, spice, groveling, and confessions! 🥹💕And here I thought the sexual tension and the sizzling chemistry between Rafe and Penny couldn't get better but MY GOD it was perfect. I cannot wait for Sinners Consumed and to read the rest of Rafe and Penny's story. This had all of my favorite tropes. Seriously - READ THIS SERIES!! I love how Rafe is a well put individual who rarely ever punched anyone because he's the silver tongue shiny boy of the family and he STRAIGHT UP BEAT A MAN BLOODY because he looked at Penelope the wrong way. Once again, Somme Sketcher did a fantastic job crafting a mafia romance featuring intriguing primary and secondary characters. Lorcan is a man with many flaws and the reluctant leader of a mafia family. Nobody ever anticipated it happening, but then again, no one ever expected the tragedies that led to it. Poppy is the only kid of an errand guy for the mafia. For a better listening experience, please listen to Sinners Anonymous before listening to Sinners Condemned and Sinners Consumed.

Somehow the more I think about them and their relationship, the more I realise how perfect they are for one another!!! I could have another book on Rafe and Penny and I still wouldn’t be satisfied. Somme knows how to write angst and tension like no other! Again, I found myself just enamored by their interactions and how much Rafe loves her. He goes through stages in this book where he grapples with what he feels for Penny, how much it physically and mentally overwhelms him as he tries to make sense of it, while at the same time trying to retain his reputation as a Visconti brother. We have this very obvious “masculine” character who has stayed away from women like Penny all of his life, but the instant that he meets her and their relationship develops, he can’t help but risk everything at the chance of being with her. UGH!!!! I need a Rafe. From the start of this second book, it's full of spicy scenes! Literally, they turned all their fantasies into reality! They entered into an Enemies-With-Benefits agreement because Penny didn't want to fall in love and thought Rafe would treat her like other girls! There was a lot of miscommunication, mostly from Penny's side! She didn't know what she wanted, and Rafe was not letting her go either! Things eventually sorted out, and they became fond of each other! 🤭 The book takes off right where we left. And takes you on a journey that leaves you in a hot-cold bath between amused and laughing your ass of to hot and sweating in the course of seconds. In this book, the steamy bits are ON AND RUNNING. The sexual tension in book 1 in the duet was insane like the way they didn't kiss once and also didn't have sex once, but you got a lap dance, fingering under the table, dry humping, you know... normal stuff. But you didn't get any actual act. UNTIL THIS ONE. Oh, Somme wanted to start with a bang and she did. This book is so steamy and wow they really had the best chemistry ever. But you also can see them fall in love and it's so adorable. Rafe building a bookshelf for Penny and filling it up with For Dummies books just because she wants to find something she's good at and do it for the rest of her life. He cooks for her and kisses her forehead every single time. He takes her to get burgers at like 12 am and sleeps in his car because she cannot sleep alone. THEY'RE ADORABLE!Because the moment her muddy boots stomped down the stairs and up my spine, my empire started to crumble. While this is part of a duet but for better reading experience I recommend reading the first book Sinnerd Anonymous which follows Rafe's older brother Angelo and his forbidden romance with Aurora (Rory). Sinners Condemned is part one of a duet, and because of this, it ends on a cliffhanger. Rafe & Penny’s story continues in Sinners Consumed. This book have a lot of banter! It's full of that and also height shaming lmaooooo! Penny is 5'2 and Rafe does not let her live with that fact! 😭 The scene where she's giving him a stripper lapdance just to spite him and she asks for him to pay up and he stuffs his card in her mouth and tells her to take off her bra is so superior you have no idea.

And the way these two broke every rule they had about love and relationships, for each other… ugh.. I DIED DEAD!!! I should have known she was trouble when smoke and sin followed her into my bar and she challenged me to a game. PDF / EPUB File Name: Sinners_Consumed_-_Somme_Sketcher.pdf, Sinners_Consumed_-_Somme_Sketcher.epub I see Raphael’s irritated gaze fall to the small puddle I’ve created. “These seats are Nappa leather.” Although this book was enjoyable, and I really liked the banter, what I didn't appreciate was Penny getting jealous of everyone! I understand that money is important (HELL, I understand this a lot 🥹) and that she has traumas and doesn't believe in love. However, it's still not okay to be jealous and petty over others' happiness! She regrets her past actions and is trying hard to live a better life. She's really alone and badly needs someone to confide in and thinks a lot about having friends. I mostly felt bad for her, but she's really strong! The experiences she has faced have shaped her character. Her character reminds me a lot of Georgia from "Ginny & Georgia." And Rafe! 🥹 He's so hot, I don't know 🤷🏻‍♀️ I enjoyed all his smirks and sarcasm in front of Penny! He doesn't act gentlemanly around her and is annoyed by her most of the book, but he can't stay away from her and stop being possessive! The man even punched his soldier for staring at Penny when he has never used his hands because, DUH, HE'S A GENTLEMAN! 🤭

I absolutely adore this series. It's now one of my fave mafia romances series. The characters, the Visconti family, the friendship between girls, the romances? They're all amazing.
