The core gameplay is pretty fun, but I agree the grind isn't fair, the campaign mode is just stupid and lazy and I feel they could have added more match types. Surely, an over the top arcade style wrestling game would benefit from matches like TLC, Hell in a Cell, Elimination Chamber etc? Hopefully they work on the game post-launch and refine the gameplay and adjust the reward amount given for actions. Like a lot of Wrestling games throughout history, RetroMania is 2D, which may make some people think twice about giving it a try, but trust me, it’s well worth it.
