About this deal

I did get frustrated by her in parts, but then she fully grew on me towards the end when the full scope of her past gets revealed. From the cover to the synopsis this had my anticipation levels sky rocketing, as soon as this landed on my kindle life for the time being was forgotten! This part of the book does take a big role in the book so I feel like the romance was missing a bit in exchange for the mystery. He's also a marine biologist from Italy who studies great white sharks off the Australian coast for a living.

I don’t have my license here anyway, and I’m not confident enough to drive on the opposite side of the road. She has stated multiple times does it hurt is completely different from Haunting Adeline and I 100% agree. Just when she thought she could finally be free, she made the wrong move when her path crossed with Enzo Vitale.Enzo swims with sharks and is a bit of a predator himself as he tracks down Sawyer who took his identity and broke his trust. I still don’t think I’ll read Carlton’s other books, but this was much tamer than I was expecting, and for that, I am glad. the whole water boarding SM theme was too much especially as it seemed that the FMC (sawyer) was really into it and he kept pushing it even when she said she didnt want to. And if you want something spicy that will blow your mind and have your libido doing jumping jacks well this one will do that and then some!

The rules that creepy old fucker gave to them were controlling, he locked them in the room at 9 pm everyday. I’m panicking that I won’t make it, and they’re literally about to close the door when I finally arrive at the gate. Living out of a van is more ideal than a hotel, and I got incredibly lucky to find one for much cheaper than it’s worth. I also want to make this clear, this is a dark romance and there are triggers, so if you have those, fucking look them up. I was sucked in right away and not only enjoyed the mystery aspect of this but also loved seeing the characters develop as they are forced to deal with the situation. But neither of them expected to land up shipwrecked on a barren island in the middle of nowhere in a lighthouse manned by an old man named Sylvester who has lived most of his life isolated from the world. Sylvester seems helpful and friendly, but he’s also creepy and Enzo and Sawyer don’t completely trust him.

That my friends is enough to have me sold on any book and the fact that the rest of it is so enjoyable is just a bonus. and yea sharks are involved but no - no lines like "that" were crossed so before anyone jumps to crazy conclusions just chill - we like it dark but not that dark over here so kindly step away from the report buttons and read the book first so you know what I'm talking about lol) Beyond that you've got a dirty talking man, in English and Italian thank you very much, who's mission is to bring his partner to ecstasy in ways that are nothing short of a religious experience. Accordingly, it will be an invaluable resource for people suffering with chronic pain, and will hopefully open up alternative strategies and ultimately give readers hope.

He was just grumpy as fuck and hates her but then flips a switch and starts liking her when he realizes her traumas? Enzo and Sawyer are battling their own inner demons through one another, and they are exactly what the other needs. I found the book slow today begin with but I'm glad I kept reading it , good read, scary in places, story line was a bit predictable but over all I enjoyed. Ever since I ran from that house, so desperate to escape, I left with only the clothes on my back and socks on my feet.
