The book we got of her breed contains virtually no mention to seasons or breeding or bitches per say so I am pleased we have both. In the book, I’d say 80% is with a mind to breeding, so it might be more of a read-it-donate-it purchase for new owners of bitches, but as a potential breeder it’s definitely a mandatory purchase.

Apart from some out dated ideas about culling pups that aren’t up to breed standard this book is very informative on all aspects of breeding your dog.
