Everbuild Multi-Purpose Acetoxy cure silicone sealant that cures quickly and provides a permanently flexible, high strength waterproof seal. For sealing showers, baths, wetrooms, sanitary ware, ceramic tiles, kitchens and all applications in areas of high humidity where maximum hygiene protection is required. General Purpose Silicone is a mid modulus silicone sealant that adheres to most smooth and non-porous materials, it contains an anti-fungal compound to prevent mould growth in areas of high humidity and cures to form a permanently flexible rubber seal. All loose or flaking surface coatings, and old sealant and mastic joints, should be removed before application.

The makeup of this product allows the sealant to be used both internally and externally, in most weather conditions and can be used underwater. An improved appearance can be achieved by placing masking tape to both sides of the joint and removing within 5 minutes of application.
