The chapters didn't always flow logically, making it difficult to follow the author's intended narrative. Additionally, while personal anecdotes can lend credibility to an author's message, in this case, they often overshadowed the advice being offered. The only way to truly know what you’re capable of is to push yourself beyond your comfort zone and see what happens. I wish I would have found my courage earlier. Every change I have ever made — beginning relationships and ending them, moving, again and again, altering and adjusting my work-life so that I had time and space for what I actually cared about, who I spent time with and didn’t, what habits and coping mechanisms I allowed into my life and then when I had to draw a line in the sand — it never came out of nowhere.
