A single panel of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: Vector depicts a corpse wearing the style of Mandalorian armor more commonly worn by Boba Fett several millennia later. It is more likely meant to reference the Vector story's crossing of all the major publishing eras than to imply that this armor style was in use during the Mandalorian Wars.

A circular disk (besagew) in front of the armpit protected the exposed area between the arm & chest plates. The most recognizable symbol of the Mandalorian culture, Mandalorian armor was a catch-all term for the sets of distinctive full-body armor worn by Mandalorian warriors and soldiers throughout galactic history. Known as beskar'gam in the Mandalorian language of Mando'a—a name which meant " iron skin" in Basic—Mandalorian armor was central to the Mandalorian way of life. The wearing of armor was one of the Resol'nare, the six tenets that defined the Mandalorian culture. Another interesting feature of the Mamluk field army was multiple corps of musicians who played trumpets and drums which contributed to creating panic amongst the enemy, especially their horses. Lastly, acts of valor or other important achievements gave Mandalorians the right to bear a sigil or signet on their armor. These often became symbolic of the clans whose members had some significant victory that was displayed on both their armor and elsewhere.The war with the Zengids began when Zengi assumed the rule of Aleppo in 1128 and ended when his son Nur ad-Din, the ruler of Aleppo and Damascus, died in 1174. Though the Zengids were technically Seljuks, they represented a menace to the Crusader states in their own right. Armor Sets arecomplete combinations of individual Armor in Elden Ring.
