The Customer's power of sale or right to use such Goods shall immediately cease if an Administrative receiver is appointed over all or any part of its assets or if it adjudicated bankrupt or enters liquidation whether compulsory or voluntary, or if the Customer makes an arrangement with its creditors, or generally becomes unable to pay its debts within the meaning of the Insolvency Act 1986.
