About this deal

Your current level. The blue bar shows your progress to the next level. It takes more and more gold to reach each new level, so keep at it! Custom Knight Appearance The rarest amiibo is probably the Japan-exclusive Qbby amiibo from the Box-Boy! series. What amiibo are coming out in 2024? One month timed exclusivity of Specter of Torment and Body Swap Mode (now released on every platform) take (another person's property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it." Yeah, garbage. Sure it wasn't in the game during release but still, it is basically telling you that you cannot play the game with your friend unless you spend more money. I'd much rather something stay single player than having to pay more later for multiplayer. Even more so when that paying more is going to be something that will not be available for everyone. You know how it is with Amiibo, use your head and with it being an Indie Amiibo... I can see it being far worse. It is even possible for someone to be willing to buy it for the co-op and then never be able to experience it.

I'm paraphrasing but it's actually capitalised originally as well. You dont own the complete amiibo when you buy them, only the physical part. Unless you bought the rights or coded it youself, you do not own anything digital. When you say "Amiibo is owned by Nintendo", you are making some bad assumptions. When you buy an Amiibo, you now own the toy, and as such can do whatever you want with it, including copying the data stored on it. Why should they disallow it? Nintendo should not license it to you, and they don't, they do not because you bought the toy, and so it is yours. This is how ownership works. "Bread" is not owned by the bread companies, and they have no right to dictate to you what you can and cannot do with their loaves of bread, because when you buy that loaf, it's yours and no one else's. It is people like you drones that make gaming go to hell because you support terrible practices with weak, selfish arguments. We nerds are very familiar with Amiibo. And those devoted fans who started collecting them on day one remember the traumatic experiences of hoping the nearest Best Buy, Target, and GameStop had enough Amiibo to go around, especially for you. Thankfully, the Amiibo craziness has wound down, which means that the crazy, early lines are non-existent now. Amiibo still exist, but at least now, Nintendo has the common courtesy to make sure there’s enough to go around. How is this different from not buying from a restaraunt I know has lax sanitation rules, and thus low-quality and contaminated food? If this has been revealed to me, I see this as a bad practice, and I will buy my food from another vendor. I'm voting with my dollars and saying "hey, stop this, you scumbags", and people would join with me to effect change.

In addition to the original true blue Shovel Knight and the upcoming Plague Knight, Specter Knight, and King Knight - you can now upgrade your collection with a Shovel Knight sporting what is objectively the greatest armor in the game: the Ornate Plate! What a magnificent sight! In my view, the man who made the cloner has more entitlement to profits than the man who creates the product the traditional way. Why spend more than you need to? Why bring the entire economy and every industry down? Because of this arbitrary and ridiculous concept of ownership of ideas? If the inventor can't keep up, he deserves to fall. This is the real world. Even if nintendo dosent own the amiibo data, they own the images the Amiiqo app uses and have a right to take legal action. ikki5 I pity you. I truly do. It's like someone robbed the joy and life from you and it's just negative, negative, negative. How sad. How pathetic. Just need to stop gaming. Period. Seriously, I don't understand how you can possibly enjoy gaming with the absolutely disgusting, foul and incredibly negative view points, opinions and thoughts you have, not to mention amazingly asinine and silly. It's understandable if your upset with something thats more logical to complain about, but this is just silly. I've said this about a view individuals here, but I pray to God that I never become such a jaded and deluded person. There's no point in gaming with such a disgusting attitude. There just isn't.

In the original reveal trailer for the Shovel Knight amiibo, the base was gold, similar to the bases of the characters in the Super Smash Bros. line. During official production, the base was changed to a metallic purple. What does being a "basic function" have to do with anything? A lot of amiibo content is basic. In fact people complain when it's not. There is nothing special about a Wii U co-op mode that says it should be included free. And to return the arrogance with arrogance I come here because I find it funny to see raging fanboys who 2 years ago preached about how awesome Nintendo was that they were so good about DLC and decried all other systems and are now ardently defending the same practice because it's Nintendo. Choose Relics, Charge moves, and Special moves to outfit Shovel Knight like never before! Save Custom Knight

If you buy something an amiibo from the store, you dont gove money to nintendo, the store gives money to nintendo. Thats completly legal. Thats free market. If you start cloning it and selling it without giving nintendo money, Thats not. No no no. The TYPE of content isn't new (well some is), but the content itself is content that never would have been developed or included otherwise. Just because Game A has a certain feature doesn't mean Game B automatically has to include it free. Otherwise every game on the planet would have to include every feature every other game has ever included. It's not feasible. Not only that, games are different. What may be standard for one game may not be for another. Game A has Feature X but charges for Y. Game B has Feature Y but charges for X. Different games have different designs. What is common for one game may be completely extra for another. You think gamers are entitled, under any circumstance, to certain modes and features, simply because those modes/features are basic. Digital and physical ownership, fundamentally, are not different. Thus, you should be entitled to full ownership rights with digital content as you are with physical goods. So by your logic, a person who took a few minutes out of his day to copy something and distribute infinite copies over the internet has more of a claim to the profit than the person who spent time, money, and love into the thing they created. Cosmetic costumes for Shovel Knight, Specter Knight, Plague Knight, and King Knight for Shovel Knight Showdown (one for each amiibo, for their respective characters each)

You're an idiot who can't think critically, and apparently can't read because you're repeating THE SAME EXACT ARGUMENTS I'VE ALREADY REFUTED. You know nothing of business, law, or economics beyond simpleminded argumentation tactics characteristic of young children. I'm sorry to have to repeat my self, but this to ensure you fully understand my argument. Now, I must once more return to slumber that I was summoned out of by you reply and hopefully your ignorance will be patient enough to dely itself until morning. God, it's like you can't be bothered to have an actual conversation, you're just repeating your conclusion again and again and again, because you don't know how to respond to reason. No, just keep believing the anti-sharing and anti-cooperative propaganda paid for by your friendly neighborhood MPAA. That being said Jaxon is certainly one of the more level headed of the bunch even though I usually disagree with some of what he says. It's not "ruining nintendo's buisiness", it's controlling Nintendo's behavior. Amiibo is a terrible practice, so I will not give money to Nintendo and encourage them to continue doing it. I'm going to access the content I rightfully should while voting "I don't like this, Ninty" with my dollars. If it ruins their Amiibo business, that is exactly what I'm going for. They'll get the message and stop. Nintendo can take action against Amiiqo because because it copies the Amiibo name and logo. They can also take down the amiiqo app from appstores, like they did with kill the plumber. That is exactly free market. People resell things. It is entirely moral and ethical, although no one is doing it yet, the price of the Amiiqo is the device itself. So amiibo come along, and they have to add sonething, and now you're complaining because you believe we are entitled to this mode simply because of what it is. We are not. These cheat codes are only compatible with the Steam, Humble Bundle, GOG.com, and Nintendo Switch versions of Treasure Trove.
