We just returned from a five-week trip to Mexico, and on this trip, we decided to bring two single strollers instead of our travel double stroller, the Zoe. I decided to buy and put the Babyzen YoYo to the test. If you travel often, this is the most common lightweight travel stroller you’ll see. Many moms and mom bloggers swear by it, so I had to test it out. By reclining the seat, you also allow access to ventilated mesh around the seat, which will be perfect in the summer. The huge and extendable canopy is perfect for sunny or rainy days as it’s UV50 and also water repellent.

I have all of the following Joolz Aer accessories and love them all. They all get used daily and serve a purpose. Make sure you have the recline zipped up before folding the stroller though. While the stroller will fold reclined with no issues, a part will be hanging out and you’ll be forced to zip it up when already folded which is harder than when the stroller is unfolded. It’s not a huge deal but an extra step when you’re in a hurry. The Babyzen Yoyo board is perfect for families with multiple children as some kids will want to ride in the stroller but be too big, so the board is the perfect way to catch a ride.

It is the best foldable stroller available. It is soooo easy. I can hold my baby on my hip with one hand and fold the Aer with the other. In less than one second, it’s folded. Portable white noise machine– I love this one because it is rechargeable, and the battery lasts all day. Cybex Coya belongs to the Platinum line of Cybex strollers which, according to the brand itself, represents the ultimate in high-performance and iconic design. You won’t find fancy rose gold frames or designs in their Gold everyday line which Cybex Orfeo belongs to. For those living in colder climates, you can use a blanket to provide extra warmth. However, the Yoyo footmuff is a much better option. The footmuff is made with a fleece hood and Sherpa lining that provides extra comfort and warmth and is completely machine washable. It folds & unfolds incredibly well with one hand and the seat is sturdy and tall, plus has a ton of storage which is a huge plus for a travel stroller.

But, fast forward 2 months later after our Uppababy Vista getting broken twice by the airlines and waiting 45min at the gate for the stroller collection at Amsterdam airport because our Cybex Eezy S Twist wouldn’t fit in the cabin I decided I needed a lightweight stroller for travel that fits in the cabin of ALL airlines and aircrafts. Yoyo reclines to a typical reclining position, while Ergo is flat flat. It can be an advantage, but most kids don’t care to be fully flat after newborn stage and it makes the break not easily accessible when fully reclined and also makes the stroller more prone to falling.Full disclosure:I bought this stroller myself. I wasn’t paid or given a sample, so this review is as objective as can be. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments. Pros & Minor Cons of Joolz Aer Stroller Would Joolz Aer work for siblings? Joolz finally released the footboard / buggy board with seat and people get excited that the board folds with a stroller (but it makes it way too big for the plane anyway). I still prefer the Yoyo’s board though, but it might be a personal preference. However, here’s the most important part: Yoyo accessories don’t change! One of the most annoying featuring of basically ALL strollers but Babyzen is that when a new, often only slightly upgraded model comes out (which happens every two years basically) the old accessories don’t fit anywhere. Imagine spending a ton of money on accessories, then wanting to upgrade the stroller, and bam – bumper bar or buggy board suddenly doesn’t fit. I personally don’t like the parasol. It is very awkward to use and does not provide coverage from all angles. I like this one better.
