About this deal

Moving forward with our Achedaway Pro Review, another impressive point about this gun is its battery. To sweeten the deal even more, Lifepro gave this massage gun a 13mm stroke length – we were able to verify it using a digital caliper. This setup will work perfectly with this kind of stall force. The use of blood flow restriction training combined with different forms of exercise (resisted, aerobic, passively), has been recommended in a 2019 PubMed study. However, the volume and intensity should also be considered, as well as the amount of cuff pressure, restriction time, size, and cuff material. There are no specific forms of exercise attached to the BFR training, which means you can easily incorporate it into any form of exercise. Follow your usual exercise routine, reduce the weight or intensity, use the BFR band or specialized tourniquet, and get to work.

The device brings to the fore the dynamic cupping technology, or what they are calling smart cupping. Although to some extent this may sound like a marketing ploy (what’s the difference with any other cup anyway), it’s not. Achedaway looks to have solved a conundrum with the ventilation on the side rather than at top like most guns do. That said, it’s made of different materials. But just for comparison, the predecessor model, the good old Hypervolt Plus, had a powerful stall force of about 50lbs, which was more or less the same as the Ekrin B37S. The difference is easily noticeable. The Red light therapy may sound like an extra feature but it’s great for pain management and decreasing inflammation. It heals muscles and skin tissues. The low levels of red or semi-infrared light translate to heat that then heals the body. The Achedaway Cupper Red Light Therapy. They’re effective for trigger point therapy and improving circulation (lymph and blood (1)). They also play an essential role in myofascial release, flexibility, and range of motion.Yes, Achedaway is an awesome and trusted brand. They have a great reputation for designing quality products. But the Achedaway Pro surprised us with a high 1700-2800rpm. Even the Theragun Pro does prove our point with the percussion range of about 2400rpm. Warranty: Lifetime warranties! Who wouldn’t want one? Some brands though will only offer a 1-year warranty. Overall it’s the perfect gun if you are looking for a deep penetrative massage. 16mm is as punchy as it gets. Amplitude? The longest in the business – 16mm.

Another advantage you may like is the 10 attachment heads that can be useful if you want to target different body parts.

There is no pouch or carrying case. A pouch or a protective bag to carry the device with you would be an awesome addition. The device looks fragile and we all know the box doesn’t last. A small pouch similar to what we saw with Theragun Mini would be enough. BFR training can be done by anyone regardless of their fitness level, which means even if you are healthy with no form of injuries, the training will still be beneficial to you. It helps increase muscle size, strength, and endurance in healthy people. If you are looking to build muscles and stay strengthened always, the BFR training is for you. We love how equipped it is. Our unit came with a hard carrying case and a smaller pouch to carry the attachments.

The top part is aluminum, but the rest of it is plastic. The satin paint gives it a classy look that we liked. The build quality is awesome as well and makes it look like a well thought out device. Achedaway Pro – shots from different angles. The device also comes with replaceable filters that sit tight between the cup and the device. The filters serve two roles: We didn’t have to raise our voices while using it. In fact, we did a comparison with all the Theraguns ( Pro, Elite, and Prime), and none even comes close to rivaling the Achedaway Pro. Even the Hypervolt Plus sounded a bit loud in comparison. That said, the device gives you some interesting massage modes and controls, and this is where it gets intriguing. The stall force is the amount of pressure needed to stop the massage gun from revving. Often this happens when you press the head on to your body. But it all comes down to the dynamic suction with the pre-programmed modes complemented with the Red Light therapy. It’s marvelous! We can wholeheartedly recommend the device for these features alone. Red light therapy (RLT) uses low-level wavelength red light to irradiate skin. Infrared rays can easily pass through the skin and cause thermal reactions to muscles and subcutaneous tissues, and therefore it plays a good role in inflammation reduction and local metabolism acceleration. RLT can also be a good aid in healing cupping bruises. However, anyway we should prevent excessive cupping, which may cause serious bruises with pain and even suppuration after cupping. Nowadays, Some electric cupping machines combine RLT with cupping therapy together, aiming at increasing the effectiveness of the treatment and also making the marks less dark after cupping therapy. Guided sessions could be included. Since there’s an app, it would be nice to see some guided routines on how to use the Cupper in different scenarios and different body parts. We saw Hyperice and Therabody do this.
