About this deal

LG announced two new 44.5″ 5120×1440 200Hz super-ultrawide gaming monitors, the LG 45GR65DC and the LG 45GR75DC.

Gaming proved to be an extreme pleasure. The CU34G3S has balanced performance with smooth motion and very low input lag. Though it didn’t blow my tests away (it was solidly average in response and lag scores), it matched my play rhythm with no perceivable lag and no loss of detail in fast-moving sequences. I always go straight to Doom Eternal’s Horde Mode and in this case, I ripped through the first few arenas in seemingly record time. The extra peripheral information certainly helped, and having it closer to my eye was a plus. Added the KTC M32P10S– the first 32″ 4K 165Hz 1152-zone mini LED FALD gaming monitor with a flat-screen VA panel. Dimensions, weight and color Information about the dimensions and the weight of the specific model with and without stand as well as the colors, in which it is offered to the market. Width

A 1000R curved VA panel with WQHD resolution, 165 Hz, Adaptive-Sync, HDR and wide gamut color.

It’s unclear if Dough will be using Samsung’s or LG’s 31.5″ 4K 240Hz panel, though they are not advertising the DFR (Dynamic Frequency and Resolution) feature of the LG panel that allows for 1080p 480Hz. Added the LG 27GR95QL, the League of Legends version of the LG 27GR95QE 1440p 240Hz OLED gaming monitor. Samsung no longer produces LCD panels – instead focusing on their QD-OLED panels. They sold most of their LCD fabs to TCL/CSOT. Samsung QD-OLED Panel

The CU34G3S is quite accurate out of the box in its Standard mode and Warm color temp with Game Mode turned off. Trying various settings, including the User color temp, produced no gains in performance. It is best to leave the monitor on its default settings and set brightness to taste. I’ve provided the settings for commonly used levels below. If you want the sRGB color gamut, there’s an option for SDR content among the color temp settings. It renders that smaller gamut to near perfection. Other features include PiP/PbP, variable refresh rate (FreeSync Premium Pro, HDMI 2.1 VRR), CoreSync RGB lighting and HDR10+ Gaming support. The CU34G3S/BK is the widest model of our G3 line and comes with Wide Quad High Definition (WQHD). The gaming monitor has a 1000R curvature, FreeSync Premium and a 165Hz refresh rate. Extreme immersion with 1000R curvature The stand is a solid piece with -5/22 degrees tilt, 30 degrees swivel and a 130 mm height adjustment. Movements are firm, but there is some wobble where the panel attaches to the stand. The screen may shake a bit if you pound on your desk while playing. Approximate height of the display. If the manufacturer does not provide such information, the height is calculated from the diagonal and the aspect ratio.

Games where I had more time to explore the environment, like Tomb Raider, further showed the value of a 21:9 screen. There is no better way to game than with an ultra-wide. The best 16:9 panel can’t match the extra width and the AOC’s tight curve accentuates the effect. They also announced the KTC M32P10S, the first 32″ 4K 165Hz mini LED gaming monitor with a VA panel. Information about whether there is a possibility for wall mounting according to the VESA Mounting Interface Standard (MIS). The Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 (G95NC) is a larger 57″ super-ultrawide curved (1000R) gaming monitor with a 7680×2160 resolution, a 240Hz refresh rate, a 1ms GtG response time speed, 95% DCI-P3 color gamut, 420-nits typical brightness and a 2,500:1 static contrast ratio.Further, it has 4K UHD resolution, which will look very sharp even at this screen size due to the high pixel density of roughly 116 PPI (pixels per inch). I decided to make this first impressions because from searching all around the internet I couldn't find a review about this monitor! Only 1 single YT video from a South East Asian country that I cannot recognize the language. So my thought was that its a really fresh product and since I live in China (Expat) and I bought it, why not share some words. Curved design wraps around you putting you at the center of the action and provides an immersive gaming experience, as if you were sitting inside a race car.

Information about the brightness of the screen. It is measured in candela per square metre (cd/m²). The monitor also features Gorilla Glass with the DXC Anti-Reflective treatment for better reflection handling, support for pixel-perfect integer scaling and a 3-year warranty (2-year warranty for burn-in, zero bright dot pixel policy).

Information about the maximum horizontal viewing angle, within which the image on the screen is of acceptable quality. The AOC CU34G3S boasts a fast response time of 1 ms, minimizing motion blur and ghosting, resulting in clear and crisp visuals during fast-paced action. With a contrast ratio of 3000:1, the monitor delivers high levels of contrast between bright and dark elements on the screen, enhancing the overall visual experience. The second-gen Samsung QD-OLED panel also uses a slightly different subpixel layout for better text clarity, which will in addition to the display’s high pixel density minimize text fringing associated with these panels. It also has a semi-glossy screen finish for clearer image quality in comparison to matte coatings. Information about the average amount of time, in which the pixels change from one color to another.
