It only features 30 lights (the least amount of the pre-lit options on this list), but the golden leaves help add to the sparkle. We think this garland would also look great layered over green garland, or on an artificial Christmas tree, for use around the holidays. Non-traditional garland comes in a variety of materials but is generally best for indoor use. As with all garlands, look for durable materials, especially if placed in a high-traffic area or around kids or pets. For example, both Anthropologie Holly Garland and the Balsam Hill Red Felt and Wool Beaded Garland are made of material that won't break if they fall and are easy to store. The National Tree Company is known for its realistic-looking artificial Christmas trees and its garlands are just as impressive. You also have more placement options and don't have to worry about plugging them in, turning them on, or replacing batteries.

And once you set the timer, the lights will come on automatically at that time for six hours every night, and shut off automatically for 18, so it's truly a "set it and forget it" experience, all season long (battery life permitting). Most importantly for us, Theo loves each day that he spends at the nursery. I'm really pleased with the provision that's provided for both my boys. It's a nurturing environment that is welcoming and fun to be in. I really like the range of activities on offer for both boys because it provides a good balance in terms of their interests.

The Home Accents 9-Foot Prelit Woodmoore Artificial Christmas Garland is a great choice if you want a well-decorated option, without a lot of effort. It features classic plaid bows, red berries, and pine cones nestled among the faux pine branches. Like most artificial Christmas trees, you will need to "fluff" some of the branches by moving them out and around to make them appear more realistic and full (there are 150 branch tips, but you most likely don't need to fluff them all!). While the branches have wires hidden in them to help keep their shape, they shouldn't scratch any surfaces you place them on. Pre-lit options are the most convenient, saving you time from buying lights and wrapping them around the garland yourself. You can choose from LED or incandescent lights: LEDs are the most energy-efficient and tend to stay cooler to the touch. However, some people prefer the lighting from incandescent instead.
