Made in Malaysia this Chevrolet box-style ambulance has a metal body with a plastic base, rear opening doors, windows, and interior. In 2003, this popular casting was re-tooled as the '70s Van to be in the HotWheelsCollectors.com Series 2. Hot Wheels has since re-obtained the rights to the name "Super Van", using it interchangeably with "'70s Van" in naming. Just like the cars from the previous year, these cars all featured built-in LED lighting, implemented in different ways and in various colors. They can be turned on and off via a simple slide switch on the chassis of the car. Unfortunately due to the age of these cars and the conditons they can endure, the batteries often are dead.
