The way that iced coffee is brewed is the ‘ brew over ice’ brewing method, which is the standard way of preparing iced coffee. This means that the barista or user fills a glass with ice first before the coffee is brewed. I can tell you that in my eyes, Dinamica is a great competitor of the more expensive machines such as the DeLonghi Eletta, or the Saeco Xelsis. With automatic rinse and descaling programmes, you can rest easy knowing your machine will always be perfectly clean and ready to go at a moment's notice. With auto shut-off and energy saving stand-by mode, you won't have to worry about the ECAM 350.55.B using up unnecessary energy when it's not in use. We are dealing with a steel burr grinder. Burr grinders are best and steel is a great, long-lasting material.

As this machine is a super-automatic espresso machine, it comes with a built-in grinder that grinds your beans directly before brewing, for extremely fresh coffee.

It's quite noisy (but so are most coffee shops), 2. It does a self clean which involves flushing a small amount of water through itself when you wake it up and again when it goes to sleep (but then so do I), so we leave a small bowl on the drip tray to catch this, 3. Our milk usage has doubled because as soon as someone starts making themselves a drink everyone else hears the noise and one coffee suddenly becomes 4!!
