About this deal

Most computers these days are Bluetooth enabled. And, being that both of these headsets are Bluetooth, it means they’re able to be used with any computer that’s Bluetooth capable. With that said, the Poly Voyager 5200 comes with a USB Adapter, and because of that, it has some inherent advantages. As mentioned earlier, both of these Bluetooth headsets come with two noise canceling microphones. So on the surface, you could make the assumption that both of these headsets should sound pretty much the same. And, to a degree, they do, but not entirely.

Don’t plan on going for a swim if you’re wearing the Talk 65 because it’s not waterproof. It comes with an IP65 water and dust resistant rating, so something to keep in mind. The truth is you can’t go wrong with either of these headsets. The Poly Voyager 5200 UC has been around for awhile, and it has been very popular.Jabra Talk 65 Bluetooth Mono Headset. Oustanding noise-cancelling microphones. Engineered for calls on the go. If you’re someone who likes using a headset when working remotely, or on-the-go, then you’ve probably familiar with different makes and models of Bluetooth wireless headsets. Being hands free, and cord free when on calls is very convenient, and also helps to make you more efficient, comfortable and if on the road, safe. Even though both of these headsets operate off of Bluetooth technology, there is a difference in the wireless range that they provide.

And while we’re still on the subject of batteries, when the batteries on either of these headsets will no longer take a charge, they can’t be replaced. Controls: At the bare minimum, you should be able to accept or reject a call and adjust volume with buttons on the headset itself. The ability to do some of this with the sound of your voice is a nice bonus but not a requirement. What's also really nice is the GPS information streaming and one-touch voice assistant access so the headset can help you manage your day and navigate too. The device features up to 14 hours of talk time so you know you can use it across the entire working day without worry, and it has a 100-metre Bluetooth range and uses USB-C for charging.

The Jabra Talk 65, on the other hand, is a newer version of the 5200 that brings with it some enhancements such as longer range. Speaker quality: Almost as important as microphone quality, a good speaker ensures that you’ll be able to immediately understand what someone says to you during a call. We don’t expect mono Bluetooth headsets to compete with the audio quality of a great pair of stereo headphones, but we do want to hear the person on the other end of the line clearly. Connect it to your smartphone or notebook and the Jabra Talk 65 can stream GPS information or audio like music or Netflix to you as well. Plus, users have one-touch access to Siri or Google Assistant on your device.
