About this deal

That makes the nightcore stand outfor me.. Separate buttons for red and white and the start off at the dimmest.. Can’t comment on the Nitecore but Ive had the Sunblesa a while and love it, that said I’ve not put it in the washing machine, I have however left it on the roof of my Bivvy during some torrential rain and it’s none the worse for it’s dowsing. Is a roof tent self contained? With my setup I would say yes, but still you’re cooking outside. Can you stop anywhere in Scotland with a Rooftent? The awning gives you a great covered area if the weather is not great, if not you’re limited to where you can hide from the weather. Roof tents are ideal for road trips and adventures where you’re constantly on the move. You can set up camp wherever you find a suitable parking spot, providing flexibility and the freedom to explore without worrying about finding suitable ground for a tent, although sometimes it can be difficult to find a level piece of ground, Level ramps are worth buying.

The awning room has been designed to fit on the awning on any car. There’s two sizes: for cars upto 1.7m tall and 2.2m. It's dried out fine mate, I think it's probably rust on the connectors that's done it. Only myself to blame, not complaining. The last thing you want is for the roof tent to come loose or get damage by a cheap set of roof bars. Updated - on the original model SUNBLESA H11 I received I found there were problems with the battery life. However, having returned this,

The lifesaver cube is a 5l water filter that I would really recommend buying if your into overloading or off road wild camping in you roof tent. Waterproof rating】Dustproof rainproof function, Make sure you don’t worry UK Crazy rainy days when outdoor camping fishing, hiking, cycling etc. Even I'm not that cheeky Gerry. In fairness it carried on working for a week or so but then started dying. My bad. After selling my camper (which I really didn’t want to do) I had to look into buying something that I could use for overnight trips. I have now received an upgraded model with an improved battery as a replacement and am pleased to report that the battery life is now vastly improved. So much so that I would now say that this is the easily the best head torch that I've used in terms of functionality, performance and value.

colors light source:White/High CRI white/Red, meeting Camping,Fishing,Trekking,Biking, Reading etc.use. I had a led lenser and got rid,it was bulky and ate batteries.I have two Fenix and they are very well made,I have a rechargeable one and it lasts for ages. The other Fenix runs off two types of batteries a single aa or cr123a.There is a nitecore one that alot of people on here really rate Roof tents often come with built-in mattresses that offer superior comfort compared to sleeping on the ground. The elevated platform also provides better support for your body, resulting in a more restful sleep.

Replaced it with a trakker night life 580 and couldn't be more happy with it. Extremely bright. Lasts forever and more importantly no separate battery making it a lot easier to carry/put on jumping out for a night run. Also has a dark mode etc The problem with the awning is it will protect you from the weather but not the insects: call the new awning room! I have a couple of headtorches with that feature. Sometimes its great but when it starts going on or off unexpectedly because you moved your head or got too close to your bivvy door say - well it didn't take long to get cheesed off with it. but if its the same weight and lasts as long between charges and same light output power with the added benefit of a green light as well for half the price its a win win

I also wanted to have something that would comfortably sleep 2 people (if the wife wanted to come along). However the island is only like 40 feet away. With the nitecore I can pretty much light up that bank for casting. These aren’t just gadgets; they’re companions on the journey of outdoor exploration, always ready to shed light on both the path ahead and the joy that can be found in the little things. So, whether you’re a seasoned explorer or a novice adventurer. What are the sunblesa bivvy light and gen 2 headlight good for? If not a rainy day means you’ll be holding up inside the roof tent where there isn’t a great deal of space. So, finally in Scotland in the land of legal wild camping, how does it go in a roof tent? Well it’s a bit of a grey area, as many forest carparks are being used under ‘Stay the Night’.

The law states staying in a roof tent isn’t covered by the Scottish Access Rights. Public or private land owners can restrict or regulate parking on their land, you must comply with this. Yes, initially they are cheaper but will they last, will they put up with extreme conditions and will they stand the test of time if its to be mounted on your car for the duration of the year?

If you can find a secluded spot to park your car and set up your roof tent and then spend the night under the stars just make sure you respect where you are. I've had a look at them and yes they are probably good but a bit like alot of others. What fenix ones do you have?

Box 3, Fishing and Bushcraft gear: a X5 Adventure Fishing rod by rigged and ready, opinel filleting knife, Fiskars Camping Axe, Mora Knife, Atwood and various bits of fishing gear. I've also remembered why I don't particularly like it for fishing, IIRC the red option isn't very bright, the white however is mental on full blast I like the fact the Fenix are so well made, the nitecore just seems to be cheap plastic but could be wrong
