About this deal

High winds, sand, mud, twigs and insects may blow on your machine, not to mention snow and ice in wintry conditions.

Quality Material】The Maizjok outdoor motorbike cover is made from 210D Polyester high strength tarpaulin, which is strong, hard wearing and breathable. With good protection against sun, UV, water, rain, snow, dust and scratches, it can effectively cope with bad weather outdoors and can also be used indoors. This is my 3rd cover from JDC. The old ones they did had a draw string around the bottom and no elastic. These were great but after a year in the sun the started to fade and become brittle. The elastic string tie around the bottom works well and with 2 little bungee straps through the holes at each end and round the wheels keeps it nice & neat but even with the strap that goes underneath I don't think would stop the wind getting under it so if your like me & likes to put a couple of straps around it, I think that would rip it as it very tight already or you leave the strap lose but that would be pointless. Two wheeler theft has risen by a massive amount (25 years ago, scooters accounted for less than 1% of all two-wheeled theft and now it’s over 50%). Motorcycle theft in large cities like London, Bristol and Liverpool has risen by over 30% every year for the past 5 years. That’s a staggering rise. In extreme conditions, you may wish to consider an additional restraining strap to keep things tight.Provision for mirrors: We like covers that have a additional material for mirrors. Firstly, it makes it easier to figure out which way to put the cover on, meaning you can get it on faster and secondly, it helps the cover fit the bike’s shape better, keeping the cover more securely in place. More motorcycles are stolen every year than are bought new. These oxygen thieves are killing motorcycling. In case you hadn’t guessed, HD stands for Heavy-Duty. This might just be the toughest waterproof motorcycle cover on the market. It’s based on the Ultimate Rain, which RIDE magazine’s called “almost impenetrable.” It offers interior silvered panels on both sides so you can put the cover on your motorcycle straight away (they’re good for 220°C), and there’s a bonded fleece lining to protect paintwork. The main difference is the advanced, extra heavy-duty outer layer. It weighs a full 2 kg more than the Ultimate Rain, giving you a good idea of just how much additional protection it provides.

Number one: a two wheeler is a get out of jail card for scum who would have otherwise broken into cars, mugged or burgled on foot. So the demand from scummy low-lifes for a two-wheeler to get around has risen. I got the small cover with the top box as I want a top box somewhere down the line & I do have the top box plate on already. The cover feels and looks good but can't comment on the water resistance or heat resistance yet as not been on long enough. Vents: Any build-up of moisture-rich air is reduced by allowing fresh air to circulate through the cover, reducing the effects of corrosion.I received the new JDC and to my delight not only does it have a slightly elasticated hem (not too much so it gets caught), it also has an ELASTOCATED drawstring which I wasn't expecting - amazing. The material is also improved over my old JDC covers and time will tell how well it holds up in the sun with extended use. A brief rain shower is unlikely to ruin your bike. But parked outside and exposed to the elements for weeks on end will result in a slow deterioration. Riders can enjoy at least five years from a good cover, which equates to very little annually for keeping your machine in good condition.

Your spouse’s beloved moggy may not steal your bike, but they’ll scratch and puncture its seat covering, given half a chance. Parking under a tree might shield your bike from the sun or rain, but the acidic calling cards of our feathered friends wreak havoc with its bodywork. If you need to park on the street, a JDC motorcycle cover also shields your bike from the dirt and grime thrown up by traffic. Even when the sun’s shining they’re useful, preventing the sun’s harmful UV rays from damaging your paintwork. Need to store your bike? The JDC motorcycle cover won’t just keep the dust off. The advanced synthetic fabric is breathable and vented, allowing moisture to escape, and so minimizing rust or mould.

JDC’s range of award-winning, waterproof motorcycle covers is the result of extensive research and testing. As bikers ourselves we could see the weaknesses in what was available, and we knew we could create something better. If you are going to park on the street, especially if you are in a controlled parking area, it’s a good idea to get a bike cover with a number-plate window. Sources A motorcycle cover is the perfect item to conceal that what lies beneath is not a gleaming Harley Davidson but a post-war BSA rescued from the scrap heap.Absolutely. However if you are always going to park the bike in your shed, under a porch on in a garage, you might not want such a heavy-duty outdoor cover. One of the lightweight outdoor motorcycle covers would be a better bet, as they won’t need to stand up to the elements and will be easier to manage. If your motorbike or scooter is always going to be parked indoors, in a garage or shed, then an indoor-specific bike cover is a better option – they are made from different materials to outdoor covers, are designed to keep the dust off and – unlike an outdoor cover – can be machine washed.
