So you can see it is the nature of humanity’s ingenuity that alternative innovative products come to pass to fill the void and the gaps, thus adding choice.

I have only ever used Tband wrap. You need to use something that provides a solid stable bundle. Are you using a Bib? I have always experimented and enjoyed using tools for my PE goals for the last 6-7 years. Realize that this issue is due to the shaft popping within the shaft well, to one side or the other. The two major chambers should be in the inner fingers of the hanger. The bottom chamber should be in the bottom teeth. If the hanger is not attached properly, and held in place while tightening, one of the major top chambers can pop into the bottom of the shaft well. You can see the same type of thing happen when manually stretching.

I'm always completely flaccid when I wrap and attach the hanger, so you don't need to be erect at all. The vacuum will draw blood into the glans unless you're using a wrap that doesn't allow this to happen. The hanger seems to twist I bit left once i slowly hang the weight down. Perhaps 45 degrees to as much as 90. Is that normal or acceptable? < This is all part of refining your technique. To prevent twisting, your bottom gap must be larger than the top gap (when the hanger is very tight), such that the wrapped shaft sits low in the shaft well, and the lateral compression is on the top sides of the two major chambers. I have only ever used Theraband wrap. I do not know what kind of gains anyone using a sleeve has made. I do know you cannot adjust your WFG with a sleeve alone.

Because of that fact I have tried just about every vacuum hanger on the market. The LG is the best vacuum hanger on the market. It is custom built using your own measurements. It’s going to fit you. It’s made from a solid piece of acrylic that is lathed out. I’ve dropped that max vac and the LG hanger on concrete floors and only the Max-Vac broke. I can add extra vacuum and keep an accurate measurement of the vacuum level that’s used.

It should NEVER take much torque to tighten the top wing nut. If it does, you have not allowed enough time for the hanger to grasp. The Quality is truly remarkable! Remember that I already have experience with several devices. NOTHING comes close to this. The LG-Hanger is an absolute beast and the sleeves are awesome!
