Evil Plan: Missy's in Dr. Twelfth involves seeding Cybermats throughout Earth's history. After the Doctor foils her, she wants a chance to explain exactly what this was going to accomplish, but since it's no longer an issue (and he's really hungry), he tells her he doesn't want to hear it and just leaves, much to her disappointment. Mr. Quiet is the 29th book in the Mr. Men series by Roger Hargreaves. Mr. Quiet lives in Loudland, where everybody and everything is too loud for him. Loudland would be suitable for Mr. Noisy, but not for Mr. Quiet. Mr. Quiet is scared. Whenever he tries to go shopping, he can only whisper what he wants, which results in the grocer, the milkman, the baker, and the butcher shouting "CAN'T HEAR YOU! NEXT PLEASE!" One day, Mr. Quiet gets a letter from Mr. Happy to stay in Happyland, where Mr. Quiet gets a job in a library, where the rule is to always be quiet. Mr. Quiet is so happy he laughs out loud. In the book Mr. Bump Loses His Memory, he falls out of his bedroom window and bumps his head, promptly causing him to get amnesia. He is told by Mr. Muddle that his name is, in fact, Mr. Careful, thus encouraging our confused Mr. Bump to try several jobs for which great care is needed, such as carrying eggs and delivering milk in glass bottles. His memory is restored when he walks into a tree, causing him to fall into a river. Mr. Dizzy lives in Cleverland, where everyone makes fun of him. He drinks some magical water and becomes the smartest man of all. Giant Food: In Mr. Greedy, the title character visits a giant's castle and finds a plate of sausages the size of sofas, potatoes the size of beach balls, and peas the size of cabbages.Our Humans Are Different: Despite the fact they're talking shapes with arms and legs that live among human beings, Mr. Men and Little Misses are human beings themselves. Justified, as they're meant to be abstractions of human beings any reader of their stories can imprint themselves onto. Mr. Fussy is the 21st book in the Mr. Men series by Roger Hargreaves. Mr. Fussy is a perfectionist. He would not tolerate anything imperfect. Mr. Fussy keeps his hair combed, his moustache trimmed, his shoelaces tied, his house very neat, and goes as far as keeping the blades of his grass perfectly straight. He is also a very fussy eater - when he is having breakfast, he discovers that his marmalade has bits in it and spends the rest of the morning removing the bits from the marmalade. One evening, he is working when his cousin from Australia, Mr. Clumsy, comes to visit. Mr. Clumsy causes chaos and at the end of his stay, everything in the house is disastrous. However, things just get worse for Mr. Fussy as shortly after Mr Clumsy leaves, a friend, Mr. Bump, comes to visit. Forgetful Jones: Mr. Forgetful has an absolutely terrible memory. When asked to tell Farmer Fields that one of his sheep is loose in the lane, he draws a blank when he actually encounters the farmer and instead tells him that a goose is asleep in the rain - which means nothing to Farmer Fields, as he doesn't keep geese and it isn't raining.

Mr. Muddle is so named because everything he does ends up in a hopeless muddle. He wanted to live in the countryside but got muddled and built his house by the seaside instead, and when he tries to make a roast dinner of turkey, potatoes, peas, and gravy, he puts the turkey in the cupboard to cook and the potatoes in the fridge to boil, then peels the peas and tries to slice the gravy. Mr. Jelly is called Mr. Nervous in the USA and Canada since "jelly" in those countries refers not to the wobbly, gelatin-based dessert but to a form of fruit preserve made from boiled fruit juice and sugar, so it doesn't carry the same association with nervousness. This name change made it into one adaptation in both territories. Mr. Mean is the 19th book in the Mr. Men series by Roger Hargreaves. Mr. Mean is a miser who never spends a penny of his money. He is so mean he gives his brother a piece of coal for Christmas. One day a wizard starts disguising himself as a number of people in need. Each time Mr. Mean rejects helping them, a spell is placed on a part of his body, such as his nose turning into a carrot, and his ears turning into tomatoes. He gives help when he realizes his feet are about to fall under a spell. Then he spends his money, and now he gives his brother two pieces of coal for Christmas. Mr. Mean appears under the titles Mr. Stingy (USA), Monsieur Avare (French), Don Tacañete (Spanish), Unser Herr Geizig (German), 구두쇠씨 (Korean), Senhor Cruel (Portuguese), 吝嗇先生 (Taiwan), Ο Κύριος Τσιγκούνης (Greek), Meneertje Gierig (Dutch). Even Evil Has Standards: Mr. Brawler/Mr. Crosspatch may be violent, but he knows that it's wrong to hit a woman.Mr. Strong likes eggs. For supper, he has an egg, followed by another egg, followed by an egg or two. And for pudding, Do you really want to know what happened? he has... ice cream! Ha ha! Flight: One of Mr. Impossible's abilities; he simply stands outside and flaps his arms, and away he soars.
