The charging indicator of my notebook turns white(indicating battery is charged), But then it suddenly changes to orange again. I ran the power diagnostics which also shows different results different times. Here is the first test result when the indicator showed that battery is fully charged(which it wasn't). The battery in my laptop will no longer retain its charge for more than 30 minutes, so I'm looking for a replacement to be sent to me in the UK.
