Especially here in the UK, where so many beautiful and picturesque locations throughout the country are waiting to be discovered. If the fibre glass poles for this tent were wound fibre making them a stronger but still flexible the 10mm poles might handle higher winds. We bought one of the first Zeobia 6 tents. It has proved wonderful & spacious for the 2 of us. It definitely needs 2 people to pitch it. For one person it would be a very long job! As for the Zenobia 6, the Regatta Karuna 6 family tent seems to be the obvious alternative, although the Regatta Karuna does not have darkened bedrooms and it’s slightly more expensive than the Zenobia 6. I don't mind if the tent only lasts a few years, but I don't want to buy something which will only last a few days....

We had a nightmare putting it up, had to adjust it many times as it just never looked like it fitted right,it never fitted snugly against the tent so rain came in the sides and it was windy when we fitted it and it nearly flew off, it took 3 adults to hold it down, its like a kite. However, like other reviewers, ours has a gap of approximately 15cm all around the bottom. When it rains the water just drives underneath and so we are limited to what we can actually store in the porch.

This Gonex tent has a spacious porch and awning so you can enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, whilst still having shelter from the elements. The porch could do with a better fit to the main tent but it served its purpose and looked great when up.The first time putting it up was slightly trial and error - maybe clearer instructions are needed (about 1 1/2 hours to put up, maybe 45 mins next time) It's a nice size but as a 6 berth it might be 2 adults and 4 children.
