Hi there, I’ve never heard of that happening before but I would say it’s probably a setting on the ipad that’s causing the issue rather than a printer issue. Sometimes the software is temperamental and its possible an update is needed. Grapefruit is one of the most easily recognized pink fruits, and this shade of Grapefruit Pink does it justice. It’s roughly the color of ruby red grapefruit juice. It has relatively large amounts of both blue and yellow, making it nicely balanced. It looks great next to its complementary color, a bright blue that’s in between sky blue and turquoise. I would suggest doing the nozzle test, as referenced above. I just did that, and while it did waste some ink, the problem I had is now solved! The problem I had was the colors not printing their true color (ie: gold was a light yellow and blue was a light green color). Dark salmon is a peachy, pink shade that is warmer than salmon. This darker shade of salmon could also fall into the orange family.

Hi Wally, the issue is more than likely the near empty ink tank. I think the amount of magenta / light magenta is too much on the prints due to the imbalance of colour. All you can try really is to replace the near empty ink tank and see if it corrects the issue.
