However, in this instance, I noticed not a single review for this version of the Breville/Sage mixer and thought I would note down my initial impressions. I've noticed that my initial stand mixer and my Kenwood struggled with bread dough. The sheer density of the mix, compared to cake mix, buttercream, eggs or cream makes even my 900W Plastic kenwood shake and struggle and after I started making rolls, buns and bread in that, I realised why people bought the expensive stand mixers- you need a a solid, heavy,preferably all metal mixer to be able to take the load for such dough Already used it to make pasta, biscuits and cake. All turned out as I wanted. Highly recommend this product!
