I have a Brown Virgin Media box attached to the external wall off our house and this box is broken and no longer holds the wires and two way splitter. We do not have Virgin nor intend to get cable and so this is seen by us as an ugly accessory to the house, especially as now, exposed to the elements it is beginning to rust. Since I didn't get a reply here I called them instead. I have an engineer coming out on the 28th to fix the box - I wasn't told of any charges, nor did I question this as I expected them to fix this free of charge - I presume the cabling and junction box are both their property - I made that assumption. I suppose if it interrupts their service (or anticipate it to) then I imagine they would need to rectify it. But it restricts her driveway access which has infuriated her: "It is a massive box.
