In both tests, the insoles helped improve my times by about 0.05 seconds +/- 0.03 The insole feels pretty good and comfortable when in use, I use it when playing basketball I’m in my 40s and it really gives you more push from running around the court and can jump better. I have been wearing custom VKTRY insoles since 2019, to help fix my pronating and prevent ankle injuries. I haven’t had any ankle or feet problems since wearing my VKTRY insoles. Before wearing VKTRY I ran 100 meters in 12.3 seconds, with VKTRY insoles I’m now able to run 100 meters in 11.1 seconds. As a rising HS Sophomore, my PR is a 36” vertical and 4.61 sec. 40 yard dash. This is all possible with VKTRY insoles.coming from a D1 rugby player, I typically wear nike mercurials elite) After wearing these for a few months now I have found they are incompatible with my foot type and the boots I wear. VKTRY has stated that you should discontinue use if they cause discomfort, but my discomfort and injury came over time. I wouldn't recommend it if you wear mercurials and would assume this would be the same with other tighter-fit FG boots. wish I saw the results others saw! Customer service was on point and very helpful upon reaching out. As a player, I like to go with how I feel. If I feel like I look good, I’ll be more confident and play well. As a scientist, I only care about the data. I put these to the test in a 5-10-5 drill and a 10 meter sprint. Unfortunately, I don’t have automated timing systems and did not do a thorough study (multiple reiterations, placebo insoles, etc) but from a few sets of each drill was able to compare using the insoles and not using the insoles to find my speed increased slightly in each test! My experience with the insoles is great. When I run it feels like I’m running on air and jumping/landing is just so much easier. Not as much pain and more force into the ground with almost no extra effort. These have helped with pain from big toe arthritis (Hallux limitus) and support is very responsive. They do wear out eventually depending on how hard you use them.

My son was experiencing some knee pain. After a physical therapist recommended insoles I began looking for the best I could for him. Let me say VKTRY insoles did not disappoint! I spent about an hour with them on feeling them out and felt they were more comfortable than without these insoles in. Although running on clouds sounds nice, cushioning can have a greater negative effect than positive. Whereas, carbon fiber, although rigid, promotes healthier energy transfer from ground to leg.Been using these insoles for a while now, suffering from knee pain (patella tendinitis), the pain is no longer there. I do not need to wrap the tape around the tendon, just below the knee, as before.

At first you may think “but if it feels like metal, it won’t be comfortable. I want to run on clouds” I hadn’t felt that much of an explosive first step since I was in college 5 years ago. From the first step I felt higher on my toes and propelled further forward with each stride. Both my husband and son use Vktry. My son uses it for basketball and absolutely loves them and said his feet feel lighter when running and jumping on the court. My husband got it see if it would help with his plantar fasciitis and he said they are so comfortable and provide better stability than all the other shoe inserts he has tried.
